NeverLapse is a productivity tool, not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. Reminders are best-effort; you remain responsible for renewing your own documents.

Account eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use NeverLapse.

Acceptable use

Don't upload other people's documents without their consent. Don't upload Aadhaar.

Liability

We provide reminders on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for missed deadlines, fines, claim denials, or any other consequential damages.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you at least 14 days in advance.
